What’s funnier is that Costco will use the membership cancellation in their lawsuit. The person almost certainly would have put “prices too high” as the reason they’re cancelling. Costco is going to gather all those cancellations and go “see! Trumps tariffs increasing our prices have led to a decrease of x amount in active memberships, causing a loss of x dollars from membership subscription and x number of sales”
