The right side of the politics

GOP Rep.-elect George Santos of New York admitted in two separate interviews on Monday to lying about parts of his resume but claimed that he hasn’t committed any crimes and intends to serve in Congress.

Santos has faced scrutiny over discrepancies in his employment and education history, as well as other public claims he has made about his biography. In interviews with WABC radio and the New York Post – the first times Santos has spoken publicly about the controversy – he acknowledged that he had fabricated some facts.

He lied about his resume, which means he’s lying about being a criminal. Also, the voters vote based on knowledge of a candidate...so if the candidate himself gave out false knowledge, seems that this was ELECTION FRAUD, right?

I believe one of the things in the original article was about him having a criminal record in Brazil. Something about passing bad checks or something. So he is technically a criminal,

Yes, he committed crimes in Brazil and it was checked by Brazilian media. He bought expensive clothes with false cheeks. The investigation was closed because he fled the country and never came back.
