Trump Chokes on Threat to Iran to Get Concepts of a Plan
The 79-year-old president had threatened to wipe out a “whole civilization” and bomb Iranian bridges and power plants if Tehran didn’t “fully open, without threat” the Strait of Hormuz by 8 p.m. Eastern.
On Tuesday at 6:32 p.m. ET, less than 90 minutes before the deadline, Trump announced that he would suspend attacks on Iran for two weeks in a “double sided ceasefire.”
Still needs to be removed from office for making such a threat in the first place.
The diddler is in over his head and has no idea how to escape this self inflicted mess.
This is going to end with Iran getting official control over the straight, all/most sanctions dropped, and a sanctioned nuclear enrichment program.
What a massive step down from the nuclear deal we had in place before his first term.
But that deal was put in place by a Obama, so it doesn't count.
