Yeah Trump made the deal but timed it so Biden left and took the flak, now his supporters blame Biden so he can talk about taking it back to look tough.
It had to be delayed a few months after because Trump refused to provide information on it during transition team meetings after he lost the election.
He is a literal mental child throwing a tantrum.
It's worse than that. Donald Trump surrendered to the Taliban. When he found out he had lost the election, Trump ran to the Taliban, not the Afghan government, the fucking Taliban, and surrended Afghan to them.
Don't forget Trump administration refused a peaceful transfer of power while doing everything they could to block anyone trying to figure out what Trump's administration was doing preventing most planning to either be stopped or to be continued.
