Well, he literally floated the idea of ‘terminating’ the Constitution after the 2020 election results were finalized but before leaving office. Hardly the stance of someone who thinks it matters. He’s also on record saying Article II gave him, quote, ‘the right to do whatever I want as president.’ That’s not how executive power works, no matter how much the reich wingers want it to.
Also, everyone, keep in mind this was decided on by a JURY, of we the people. This is degrading our justice system, as well as trying to rewrite history.

SCOTUS has absolutely no justification to take this case. If they do so, they’d be reducing themselves to Trump’s personal law team.
