Jade Helm 15 was a large U.S. Special Operations Command training exercise scheduled for July–September 2015 across several southwestern states. It involved Green Berets, Navy SEALs, Air Force special operations personnel and others. A leaked/public training map designated Texas and Utah as “hostile” territory for purposes of the simulation.
That spawned a remarkably elaborate conspiracy theory: the Obama administration was supposedly using Jade Helm as cover to impose martial law, confiscate guns, arrest political opponents, and/or occupy Texas. One version incorporated recently closed Walmart stores, allegedly connected by secret tunnels and intended as detention centres.

Texas is and has been a shithole for a long time. It’s what happens when unfettered government corruption is allowed, a monument to our sins.
