Donald Trump is literally dying of late stage congestive heart failure. The only reason he’s still alive is he has literally the best medical care in the world. He’s on all kinds of stimulants when he’s in public or in front of a camera which is part of why he can’t string together a coherent thought not to mention he’s got dementia. The man is literally a walking corpse. I’m really not surprised he can’t keep his eyes open. I’m surprised he hasn’t had a stroke on camera and croaked right there.
People have their opinions on Biden, but at least he’s an actual American not just a mercenary narcissist who will throw in with whoever pays him the most or jerks off his ego (among other things) the most.
