MTG on a roll

Marjorie Taylor Greene Clarifies How 'Satan Is Controlling' Catholic Church

Greene said "Satan's controlling the church, the church is not doing its job" in a comment on the church's support for undocumented immigrants during a recent interview with right-wing activist Michael Voris of the website Church Militant. After a clip of Greene's comments circulated online Wednesday, Catholic League President Bill Donohue said that she had "slandered" Catholics and demanded that she apologize.

Southern Christians have a history of hating Catholics. She’s Qanon and a pizzagate disciple playing the pedophile card to raise doubt on her true intentions. There is a whole conservative movement, including Catholics, that hates the current pope and wants him out.

Let's be clear. This should surprise no one. This has long been the view of many ultra right protestant churches. It is also a crucial teaching of the kkk. She knows who's voting for her.

In regards of sexual abuse… why is she in the GQP then? Why does she still support several of her colleagues including trump, Gaetz, and Boebert knowing her husband is a sexual abuser?

Marjorie Taylor Greene rebuked by right-wing Christians for attack on Catholic Church

onservative Christians are quickly piling on Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., who this week accused churches that help resettle undocumented immigrants of being controlled by Satan.

See Christians? You stood by while the republicans came for the gays, the trans kids, the Democrats, the liberals, the socialists, and women. Now they come for you.

Greene’s antics and beliefs seem to go well beyond typical Republican nonsense. I believe she is legitimately mentally ill. It’s not just that I disagree with her views or that I think all Republicans are “crazy”, because I don’t. But with Greene, I really do think there’s something seriously wrong with her.

She is perfectly fine and a normal conservative. This is what the GOP is becoming in their iterative process of undermining democracy. She is a really dumb person but she is just taking the reigns from the old KKK and the idiots that made up the Tea Party. The steady diet of racism has rotted out their brains but she isn’t mentally challenged or an anomaly in the party.

Marjorie Taylor Greene’s 'Marshall Law' Text Could Boost Case To Keep Her Off Ballot

Critics hoping to keep Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene off the ballot for her role in inciting the violent assault on the U.S. Capitol are asking a judge to consider a newly released text message she wrote about former President Donald Trump declaring “Marshall” law to remain in office.

Presumably, Marshall Law would be enforced by the Gazpacho Police?

What's sad is that she would definitely win reelection despite everything that she's done; despite the fact that she's betrayed this country and the oath she made to it (that she definitely cannot recall ever making because of her apparent severe cognitive disorder).

Her supporters are absolutely vile people.

Trumps actions were Treasonous

January 6 ‘was a coup organized by the president’, says Jamie Raskin

"Donald Trump attempted a coup on 6 January 2021 as he tried to salvage his doomed presidency, and that will be a central focus of forthcoming public hearings of the special House panel investigating events surrounding the insurrection at the US Capitol, the congressman Jamie Raskin has said."

We already know Pence's role was a focal point, but there seems to be a lot more to this story and efforts to pressure the VP.

In a legal sense, intent is going to be the hardest thing to sell a judge and a jury if this ever goes to a trial, but let's hope that a lot more damning info comes out of this committee.

"what about the people at the top who created this whole situation?"

A federal Prosecutor called Thomas Windom was added to the Jan 6 DOJ investigation a few months ago.

His job is to investigate the people at the top.

One of the results of his work is people like Alex Jones suddenly asking for immunity i.e he has them scared shitless.

"Mr. Windom is looking into the more politically fraught question of whether a case can be made related to other efforts to overturn the election, a task that could move the investigation closer to Mr. Trump and his inner circle. Mr. Alexander’s lawyers have been dealing with Mr. Windom, for example, in responding to the broad subpoena seeking information about the pro-Trump rallies and other efforts to keep Mr. Trump in office.

Those efforts could extend to issues such as the plan by Trump allies to have seven swing states falsely certify that Mr. Trump won, and then mail those false documents to the National Archives and Congress. However, Mr. Windom does not yet have a robust team of prosecutors, leaving unclear how extensive the investigation might become.

Mr. Windom was described by former colleagues as a diligent, aggressive lawyer capable of handling complex investigations. In his former job, Mr. Windom prosecuted some high-profile cases in Maryland — among them those involving domestic and international terrorism, public corruption and national security."

https://www.nytimes.com/2022/04/20/us/politics/alex-jones-jan-6-interview.html

The other person who responded is correct. The DOJ is following to tried and true method of investigating from the bottom up.

So they started with small fish a year ago and now they are looking at the people at the top. Thats why they have had a grand jury looking at the people who organized the rallies and funded them for a few months now.

This will be a lot slower than people think but remember that indicting Nixon getting to the point where Nixon was about to be impeached took 2 years. And Garland has only been at this for 1 year so far.

Donald Trump's Jan. 6 Actions Qualify as 'Treason': Glenn Kirschner

"Former U.S. Army prosecutor Glenn Kirschner said he believes what former President Donald Trump did on January 6, 2021, "qualifies as treason."

Hundreds of Trump supporters violently stormed the U.S. Capitol a little over 15 months ago in an apparent effort to disrupt the formal certification of President Joe Biden's Electoral College victory in a joint-session of Congress. Their attack came directly after Trump told them at a nearby Washington, D.C. rally to walk to the Capitol and "fight like hell" to save their country, following months of lying about the 2020 election results."

I know cynicism tells you they're doing this for attention. But they're doing this to keep the fight alive. They're doing this because they refuse to let it go...which is what conservatives want. They WANT to let this go. They WANT cynicism. They WANT people to believe "both sides" and "all government is corrupt". Their entire platform is to remove accountability=limited government. They're literally here to sabotage the system.

Will Trump face consequences? Who knows. On the one hand, he broke one of the biggest laws he could in the most obvious way. On the other, he's rich and has support of half the country. And now America is having an identity crisis. They're pulling out all the stops, every excuse, every tactic, to shut this down. Corrupt DAs, corrupt judges, corrupt officials, corrupt senators. Their job isn't to win, it's to wear down everyone until it's irrelevant.

So every one of these acknowledgements matter. Because it keeps an impossible fight going. Trump may get away with it, because half of America is corrupt and stupid as fuck. But other half is still fighting. And that's worth admiration.

We’re running out of time to hold Donald Trump accountable

"On Friday, Trump endorsed JD Vance in the Ohio Senate Republican primary. This follows his endorsement of Mehmet Oz in Pennsylvania’s Senate Republican primary and Herschel Walker in the Georgia Senate race."

He tried to pull off a violent coup because he lost an election his own party tried to rig, he has co-conspirators all over the place including in the governments of our literal enemies.

He should have been sitting in a jail cell in an undisclosed location being periodically interrogated since January 7th, 2021.

Republican at it again

Senator 'In Shock' As Trump-Backed Neb. Governor Candidate Put Hand 'Up My Dress'

"Nebraska Republican state Sen. Julie Slama said she was “in shock” when Donald Trump-endorsed gubernatorial candidate Charles Herbster allegedly put his hand “up my dress” at a GOP dinner."

Republicans are either sexually abusive or sympathize with abusers. They exist to exploit, hurt, and marginalize others. Everyone associated needs to be ground into a dust.

"Omaha’s former mayor reportedly responded to the accusations by saying that he wanted to put Slama on the witness stand to ask her what she was wearing"

The sexual predators favorite defense, "she was asking for it. Look at what she was wearing!"

Man fuck off with cliché ass predators.

Republicans voted for Trump in record numbers after he said he could grab women because he is famous. Republicans seem to draw the line at pedophilia or accusations of pedophilia.

Rotten apple doesn't fall far from the tree

Donald Trump Jr. texted Mark Meadows ideas on how to overturn the 2020 election: report

""It's very simple," Trump Jr. wrote in a text message to Meadows on November 5, 2020, two days before the major news networks declared Joe Biden the winner. "We have multiple paths We control them all.""

Don Jr sent the text to Meadows on November 5, and it’s safe to say he had just listened to it on Bannon’s November 5 podcast, in which Bannon said:

"Second term kicks off with firing Wray, firing Fauci."

"I'd actually like to go back to the old times of Tudor England, I'd put the heads on pikes, right, I'd put them at the two corners of the White House as a warning to federal bureaucrats. You either get with the program or you're gone — time to stop playing games. Blow it all up, put [Trump aide] Ric Grenell today as the interim head of the FBI, that'll light them up, right."

So first we find out the wife of a sitting Supreme Court Justice was messaging Mark Meadows to plant the idea into Trump’s head of putting the Bidens in prison barges off GITMO where they could be executed.

Now we have the President’s son messaging Mark Meadows to plant the idea of beheading Fauci and the FBI director into his dad’s head.

These violent and seditious thugs thought they could get away with these crimes by using a go between, thinking that Mark Meadow’s texts would never see the light of day.

Merrick Garland’s fucking DoJ should have prosecuted these seditious fucks the day Mark Meadow’s texts were released, because if they claw their way back into power again, the USA is fucked. They are going to start rounding up anyone who ever wronged them for execution.

And Garland should better believe that his own family will be rounded up and executed with the rest of “the deep state” if these fascists have their way.

CNN Exclusive: 'We control them all': Donald Trump Jr. texted Meadows ideas for overturning 2020 election before it was called

"Two days after the 2020 presidential election, as votes were still being tallied, Donald Trump's eldest son texted then-White House chief of staff Mark Meadows that "we have operational control" to ensure his father would get a second term, with Republican majorities in the US Senate and swing state legislatures, CNN has learned."

It’s so blatant. I don’t know how this evidence doesn’t result in criminal charges. I guess we’ll find out since nobody is held accountable anymore.

Because this is America. Trump is a rich Republican. He'll never face consequences for anything. He'll be protected by all the other Republicans and their voters.

Trump wasn’t always a republican. When he was a democrat, he said that if he could run for office he’d run as a republican because they’re too stupid and believe anything.

Most House Republicans vote against lowering the price of insulin

Most House Republicans vote against lowering the price of insulin

"The House voted to pass a bill Thursday that would cap the cost of life-saving insulin at $35 per month, a piece of legislation that would ease the burden on the millions of Americans living with the disease who pay out thousands of dollars each year on the drug."

193 people voted against lowering the cost of a life-saving drug. It's almost comical at this point, rural poor people with diabetes that watch Newsmax every day will just keep re-electing these swine.

House Republicans don’t work for anyone other than their donors and the special interest groups that fund them.

"Cost of production for a vial of human insulin is between $2.28 and $3.42, while the production cost for a vial of most analog insulins is between $3.69 and $6.16"
